Should we notify the neighbors before construction begins?

Yes, it is the customer's responsibility to notify all neighbors of the adjoining properties on which we may be performing work. You and your neighbors need to make arrangements for their pets and clear any item(s) from the existing fence lines that may be in the way of the fence construction.

How long is the lead time before construction on our fence can begin?

Lead times vary with demand, and much of that varies with the time of the year and the weather. We can start most jobs within 5-10 days unless custom-ordered materials are involved.

How long will our fence project take?

We can do many typical backyard fence jobs in 1 day. The average job can take anywhere between 1-3 days. And some custom jobs, especially with custom gates, can take several weeks from start to finish.

Can we watch the construction of the fence?

Yes, the more a customer is involved and the more a customer communicates with us, the smoother the jobs go. We do not take shortcuts, so customers watching the fence construction are always encouraged.

Do I have to be there during the construction of the fence?

You are not required to be there during the fence construction. Although it is preferred, it is optional in most cases. The most crucial part is that you fully understand and have marked the fence's location and what it will look like once completed.

Who facilitates the job?

Each installing crew has a foreman on site, and they will work with you directly on most communications during the construction of the fence. Each foreman will have a project manager/salesperson who will also check in and communicate on the project.
